| Lexi actually gets to enjoy some alone time with me on some days now that everyone else is in school. Shopping with only one kid climbing out of the cart and crying=bliss. |

| First day of second grade August 11th. Only 19 students in class . .. schools are a bit better here than in Portland. |

| The second week of school for Dallas went like this. I was initially beside myself but have communicated with his teacher more and now that I understand her personality and his . . . I'm not expecting perfection, but he has improved dramatically thank goodness. |

They have gotten soooo big!! I can't believe that chart. You can totally tell just by the "Yes Mam" that your on the east coast! Glad to here things are going better. Your kids are so cute!
OH i love it bri!! my kids have to say "Yes mam" too. I had planned on sending Eliza to preschool this year, but changed my mind last minute. So i shop with the two kids, but it is WAY better than shopping with the 4! I just have to say 'amen' to your post. you are so cute :)
Love those kids and miss you guys! Is Kindergarten all day? You just need to have Dallas say "yes mam" at home to you and he'll get the hang of it soon enough :) We have really small classes here too. It's so nice!
Trenton is in second grade?! Holy cow. That blows my mind--and it makes me miss teaching second grade.
I can't believe most of your kids are now in school! It seems like they shouldn't be there. But they sure looked cute on their first day. Lexi is getting so big, I hope the next time I see you, that Lexi and Addison will enjoy playing together. Love the updates, keep them coming, and let me know if you guys are coming to UT at all anytime soon. Drew and I are still hoping to plan a trip to KY next summer! Love ya!
Oh and sorry about the calls you might have been receiving as of late...Addison's favorite thing lately is to get into my purse, take out my phone, and now "call" someone. I have looked at who she has called the last few times, and its been your number..so I'm sorry!! (But if anyone knows how that goes, I know it would be you!)
I bet it's so nice to just have one at home during the day, or half the day. Funny to see the school chart, I agree, school is a bit different than Cali.

I had to laugh about the "yes mam", glad Dallas improved on her chart :) hehe.
